IMPORTANT: August 19 Annual Meeting, Board Election and Proxy Instructions
The Association has issued its second notice for the August 19, 2026 Annual Meeting. This is a contested Board election — two candidates are on the official ballot. A 30% quorum is required, so attending or returning your Limited Proxy is essential. Review the meeting, voting, quorum, and proxy instructions below.
A quorum of 30% of voting interests must be established or no ballots can be counted — including ballots already mailed. If you cannot attend, please complete and return the Limited Proxy (only the proxy may be emailed; ballots cannot). Your official mailed packet contains the controlling instructions.
Candidate names are shown as listed on the official ballot. Sanctuary Get Involved is an independent owner resource, not the Association; the official mailed notice and governing documents control.
